Paying for Our Service
Coaching and consulting services are not covered by insurance.
For psychological services, we are out-of-network providers for insurance companies. Many of our clients pay out of pocket, while some utilize the out-of-network benefits from their insurance plan.
If you choose to use your insurance, we can help you submit an out-of-network claim (there is a small fee charged by third party and we cannot guarantee any outcome). We can also provide you with all necessary documents (called superbills) for you to submit to your insurance on your own.
Whether you use your insurance or not, we can always use your FSA/HSA account to pay for these services.
Benefits of Private Pay for Your Child’s Psychological Services
-
Greater Privacy and Confidentiality: When you pay privately, your child’s mental health information stays between you and the psychologist. There’s no need to share diagnoses or session details with insurance companies, ensuring more privacy.
-
No Diagnosis Required: Private pay means your child doesn’t need a formal diagnosis to receive care. This prevents unnecessary labeling and keeps the focus on their well-being.
-
More Flexibility: Private pay allows access to a wider range of services, including telehealth, without restrictions on coverage.
-
No Treatment Limits: There are no restrictions on the number of sessions, session lengths, or the type of therapy your child receives. Care is tailored specifically to your child’s needs. There is also no interruption of services if you insurance policy changes.
